My Dearest Beloved Haines Family, Please accept my heartfelt sympathy with your great loss. Losing your wife, mother and life long special friend is extremely heart wrenching but your loss is exacerbated since your wife, mother and best friend was such an extraordinary blessing, who enriched all lives. Please know that my prayers will not cease throughout your lives and your mending this wound if heart and soul. I love you all. God's Choir and Angels have been lifted with the melody and Being of Mrs. Haines. I wish you peace and send my love to all.

Many years ago Iris and Dick joined the bridge group at the Presbyterian Church in Northville, and she was a member of my red hat group. This is how I met and cared for Iris. She was such a kind gentle lady it was my pleasure to have her as a friend. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Jeanne

Sincere condolences to the family of Iris Haines. In 2011, Iris was my "dining partner" when we both were rehab patients at River Ridge in Amsterdam. While born in Gloversville, I had lived away for 45 years and much of that time in Rockland County, NY and New Jersey, in particular, Flanders, NJ as my last residency, and Iris and I used to "talk New Jersey" over our meals. We also encountered one another at the physical therapy sessions. I recall Iris' love of "card games" and her visitations with husband and other family while we were at the rehab facility.
