Memories of Mary always make my heart smile! There were stormy days that I would leave for work to find her out there scraping ice off my windshield just because she had such a heart of service that if she anticipated a need, she wanted to fill it. After my dad passed, she'd call me and say, "come on upstairs and share a cup of coffee with me." We'd gather at the kitchen table with Guy and share in her baked treats, a coffee, some Sambuka(sp.), a lot of laughter and whatever was in our hearts. Mary and Guy knew my grief and devoted themselves to being there for me, what an absolute blessing they were and I love them both dearly. Despite Mary's own grief, her own struggles, she always had a heart for uplifting others. I so love you Mary, rest well in the arms of the Lord - you will be so missed here on earth. Thank you for the enormous love you gave me, you will remain on my heart forever.
