Dear Gwen and Robert,
Our deepest condolences for your loss. Julie and I loved Art like a dear friend and father. A few years ago,he came up to me in the Holiday Theater lobby, offered me a cup of coffee before the service of a new church I was checking out, and my life was changed and challenged forever.
I treasure the short amount of time I spent with him, and thank God that the Holy Spirit used him to invigorate the spiritual life of our family. While we miss him, we continue to celebrate his spirit and commitment to our Lord, and find terrific joy thinking about him reunited with his wife, who he spoke of often, and enjoying close communion with Jesus Christ.
