Mom,
I find it extremely hard to express the way I feel right now. I am glad I got to spend the last few weeks with you in an attempt to give back some of the love and care you always gave us. I miss you so much. I miss the way you scolded me for everything... Even just being without the little phone calls about the horses has left a hole that will be hard to fill. At least get some comfort knowing that the suffering is over and you are at peace. Thank you for everything. Love always,
Bob

My prayers have been with you for months. I have been there and done this and no what you have been and gone thru. It's not easy and you are never prepared. Believe me you will never forget as the 26 and 29 years that have passed I still remember like yesterday. But when we see them suffer and know that they can't get better we wish that God would take them, to make a place for them in his garden and let them be at peace as he calls them home. Each day will be better. As a special friend I will be there for you day and night for whatever you need. God Bless and may peace be with you and your family. Love Edie

When I think of "Gram", one thing that comes to mind is that no matter how terrible or difficult life seemed, she would always manage to put a smile on our faces even when the Yankees were losing!. She was a selfless person always thinking and caring about others. I thank her for the countless times she made "Grandma Meatballs," even when she insisted she forgot how to make them or was too tired...she still managed to surprise me. For these and many other reasons I will miss Gram. I am truly grateful to have been a part of her life.
Love Always & Forever,
Chad

At this time of sorrow we want you to know our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Each time we watch a Yankee game we will fondly remember her and how she loved that team. We also have fond memories of her during the racing season at Saratoga. God Bless her. She is now at peace with the Lord.
