Jo and Family,
My deepest sympathy go out to you and your family. Johnny was a great man. I have many good memories of him. I remember him and my mom and how she would give him her homemade dill pickles. They both loved gardening. Johnny will truly be missed. May he brighten the heavens like he had on earth.

Dear Jo and family,
Our deepest sympathy go out to all of you with the loss of a great man. He will sadly be missed by all who shared in any part of his life.
John and I and the Wager family go back many years when I was a young boy growing up on Park Street and the Wagers lived on First Avenue, just around the corner. I remember the Wager family, Mrs Wager, Orville, Sylvia, and Bobby vividly along with the Cooks, Slachovotskys, Romano's, Phelps and many more families to numerous to mention. It was a great area at the time. As we grew older we went our separate ways but John was one of the sole survivors of our "Park Hill" crew that I would see often. I miss those days, and John although you are gone, I will never forget you. Rest in peace my good man, God now has one of the best "Park Hill" guys that was ever around.
