Claude and I worked together for a short period of time at General Electric back in 1980, just before he retired. I still remember the day. He was a good soul and always had good things to say about people. I’m glad I had the opportunity to know him. Rest in peace my good friend.

Dear Betty, Barb, Linda,and Judy,
Every now and then I check the Leader-Herald's website to see how things are in Gloversville. I was so sad to read about Claude's passing. He was such a nice person and our families had so much fun together! While I wasn't home this summer, Claude did come by last year and we chatted a short time. He was still smiling then and that's how I will remember him. My sincere condolences to you and your families.
Love,
Pam

Our thoughts are with you and your family. So sorry to hear about your loss, I will always remember Mr. Hands at the house on Alexander St. when he got into the kiddie pool with Jennifer when she was little, and sitting in the sun with Linda and I. Linda, really miss our little talks and seeing you.

To all of Claude's family....How I loved visiting with Claude, he was a very special friend. He loved visiting Gloversville McDonald's where I first met him many years ago, he would stop in almost everyday to see everyone. I will truly miss him as will everyone who ever had a chance to meet him. Please know that I am thinking of all of you.....Diane
