Dear Don and Doug and Family:
Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Our sincerest sympathy
to all of her family. I look back now and say growing up on steele avenue wasn't so bad after all. We were all blessed with great parents in a neighborhood where everyone knew each other and where friendships and wonderful memories will go on forever. I can see your mom on the porch giving us heck for riding our bikes in the street and worrying about us getting hit by a car or your dad out back cleaning some fish . Doug and I did some mischevous things like throwing snowballs at cars from behind the house. I was really happy to hear that Don and Marilyn were getting married cause now one of my best friends brother would be my cousin and when your young thats a pretty cool thing. I will always be thankful for the memories I have with your family, the Brothers family, the Bowers family, the Rossbach family, the Angel family and so many more. Your parents love continues to grow through the beautiful family you have . May God bless you all.

My mother Pauline Langr lived with the Harvey family after her mother died. Recently she was a resident of the Fulton County Health Care Facility until her death in October. We would visit Hilda Harvey Blanchard in her room and Hilda would come visit as well. She enjoyed Bingo and the church services there and had many friends. Hilda considered my mom one of her many sisters. Whenever we would leave she would say "Always come back. God bless you." She proudly displayed her family in the photos in her room and in her album. She was a lovely lady and I enjoyed hearing her stories about her parents and sisters whom she adored and stories about going dancing with them and my mother. My sympathy to her family.
