Dear Cousins,
Just to say how very sorry we are for your loss and very sorry we could not be there to give you our support. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and will always remember the good times our families had together over the years. Our relationship with all of you, and our dear Ernie, seemed to me, to be more than cousins and I will always treasure those memories. Just remember he is SAFELY HOME.
All our love,
Mary Ann & Frank

Dear Family,
My sincere condolences in the passing of Ernest. My memories of the year I spent in Gloversville as a child would not be complete without thinking about Uncle Ernie. I know he would want us all to remember and focus on all the wonderful things he brought to the family.

Dear Glee and Brenda:
I called the funeral home yesterday in hope that you got my message. I used to babysit for you when you were little living on Broadway/Eleanor St in Schdy. When you moved away I never heard from you again. I have been for years trying to find both of you. I am truly sorry to hear about your father and with family and friends you will get through this. I would love to hear from both of you if you get a chance. My number is 356-7406 home, 281-9260 cell.
God Bless to you both
Love Judy Longo Young

On behalf of myself and my family, I wish to express my sympathy to all of my inlaws in the Tartaglia family. I also wish to express the same to all of Ernies friends, who I came to know and call them friends also. I know that Ernie is at peace now, and looks down on all of you with love. My heart sincerely aches for his family and friends as you are all loving members of the Tartaglia family. My heart especially grieves for Glee and Brenda, his daughters who allways loved their father. Please be strong as I can say for a surety, that there is a loving God, and that his son Jesus Christ died for all of us that made this physical death a temporary thing, that all of us will be resurected with a new and immortal body never to die again. I know for a fact that Ernie is smiling now and his pain is no more, and that he hears and sees us all. May God comfort the sorrow and pain in all of your hearts.
Sincerely,
Kevin Needham & Family

I have fond memories of huge games of hide and seek on Second Avenue in Gloversville with neighborhood children. I lived across the street from the Second Avenue Food Market for 10 years and was especially close to Amy. How I miss those days. I remember she and Vic telling good big brother stories about Ernie. My very deepest condolences to the entire family.

To my family,
I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Ernie. I know that this is a hard time for our family, for his children, and for his brothers and sisters. I always enjoyed spending time with Uncle Ernie at our family events, and being his "date." He was very sweet to me, and I will always remember about how he coached me and told me about finding true love. Because of him, I will never settle for anything less than butterflies and fireworks!!!
I am sorry I could not make it home to spend time with the family and hear more stories. At least we have him looking over us from a better place now.
Much love... Jenna
