I miss you, Grandpa , very much,
You gave my life a special touch;
You did get angry and you did get mad,
But when you were gone I was nothing but sad;
Now that you've left I feel there's nothing more,
A piece of my heart, I felt was torn;
I went to see you I really did try,
But I knew it would be our last good-bye;
I saw your Angel she opened my eyes,
Even since then, I'm not afraid to cry;
I carry your Angel here by my side,
It is in her, that I can confide;
I know one day we'll be together,
I will long for that day forever and ever
We love you and miss you very much grandpa!! Please watch over grandma...
Love Jaime, Eric, Brandon & Justin

Vincent, Madison, Dan and I will miss Grandpa Jim very much. I know how much he meant to Grandma Therese, Joanne, Dan, Eric, Jeff, and Cherity and everyone else in his family. I was very honored when Therese and he made the long drive to Frederick, MD to attend our wedding. I will always admire his love of making things, be it knitting, building furniture or inventing something to make Therese's life in a wheelchair easier. I loved his quiet humor. I truly believe Dan is the man he is because of the example Jim set. Vincent said Grandpa Jim is an angel now and I believe it. Please look after Therese and the rest of us. We love you and miss you.

I will miss my grandfather very much. He and my grandma were always there for us when my bothers and I were growing up and were a strong support for my mother. I can still remember going to their house on many Chritmas Eve's and Thanksgiving's where my grandpa would always ask for mashed potatoes, I think one of his favorite foods. The summers we spent at my grandparent's house watching grandpa always fixing something on the house or building something for grandma remain with me to this day. Building things and keeping the house up I think gave him a lot of pleasure in life. Even if he did not know it his stories about his time in the Marines had a strong influence on my decision to join the service however not the Marines his suggestion. Although I remember him as a quite man, I know that he loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed by all and I will always carry a special place in my heart for him. He was my "Grandpa!!"

Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles. I?ve only gone to rest for a while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief. So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am but as I used to be. Because, I will remember you all and look on with a smile. Understand in your hearts, I?ve only gone to rest a while. As long as I have the love of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.
watching my grandfather grow sicker and sicker really made me realize there really has to be more to life than what we all know. There has to be something more. someone so special wouldnt be put on earth, to simply be taken away...never again heard from. Your in a much better place now. No more pain, no more frustrations. We will all see you again someday grandpa, but for now do your best to watch over gram.
We love you.
