Back in the late 50's and early 60's your family and your Mom were a big part of my life. The first Pirogies I ever ate your Mom made... I was your babysitter a few times when your Mom had to have a surgery... Once when I was about 15 and playing football in the street I got hit by a bicycle from behind. It tripped me up and as I fell my face slammed into a car bumper. I was all cut up and my nose bled like a fountain... This was right in front of your house. Your Mom brought me inside, got the bleeding to stop, and cleaned me up...
Your Mom was always very nice to me, even though Stan and I were often in trouble or at best some kind of mischief... I won't forget her, and Lisa, Stanley, Louise, Josee, and Judy...you have my heartfelt condolences now that I know of her passing... She worked hard in this life, and I hope she's in a much better place, and at peace...
