I was deeply sadden to learn of Ed's passing. I had the good fortune of coaching an American Legion baseball team with him in the summer of 1965. He was a gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. I can assure you he managed to teach me a thing or two! I have learned that life is a journey made up of memorable moments and people which together help create a tapestry of life. I knew Ed for a long time..what a guy. He was a great family man and of course very active in the community. I'll never forget our talks at my fathers restaurant or just around the city..he talked about sports, our families, you name it..He will be missed

Ed was a good friend and co-worker.
He could always make you smile and make your day much brighter.
I enjoyed just talking with him and he taught me many things.We did not always agree but that is life , but I had much respect for Ed and he will be missed by all who knew him.
