I the can truly say that i have had the pleasure of knowing Dominick all of my life. He was the type of person who would do anything for anyone, a "heart of gold" type who loved Claudia and Gina more than anything in the world. Even as his health failed he drew his strength to fight from his unwavering love and devotion to his wife, daughter and beloved grandson Jacob. He was about the best neighbor anyone could have.These last few months I was lucky to get to see him and spend alot of time with him. Since we were both sick and couldnt work we would vizit with each other for hours and go for coffee in the mornings. It kept us both from being lonely during the days. Dom loved the History Channel, and always anticipated his afternoon check-up call from "his angel Girl"claudia as he would call her. Please know how sorry i am for your great loss, i miss him everyday, he was a great,kind and generous man, and i will never forget him. My prayers go out to Claud, Gina, Jacob and the rest of the family. If there is anything I can do, you know im always right across the street. With love and sympathy

What can we say-Dominick was one of a kind. Claudia you were his "guardian angel"..during the good and difficult times.

Claudia and Gina,
I am a cousin of Dominick and since moving away from Amsterdam I haven't seen him in many years. I will always remember him as someone filled with enthusiasm and fun-loving. I know that both of you cared so much for him and he certainly knew that.
He is in a better place, but that doesn't reduce the sense of grief and loss that you have on his passing. May God be with you.

Claudia:
We were so sad to hear of Dominick's passing. The only comfort that came to me during my family member's passing was knowing that they were somewhere more comfortable and peaceful for them so that they could finally do all of the things that they wanted to do. Claudia and Gina,
I have many fond memories of visiting with Dominick both at your home and just running into both of you. Despite what seemed to be difficult times recently, he will be sadly missed by all. And probably Jessie will be lost without his company and let's not forget "the hoovering of snacks". I have to think that we all go to a better place with no pain or suffering. I pray he is at peace now. Please take care and let me know if I can do anything for you or even if you just need to talk.
