There are no words of how sorry we are of your loss. Ed will be missed. I have sat here thinking of all of you in this time. I have so many memories of our childhood at the hotel, and the CB gang camping. The 6 of us kids, Ed, Terry, Cindy, The 3 Farnsworths were known as the six pack. Oh what fun we all had.
Irene and family, you were all there when we lost mom and dad and I want you to know that we are here for you at this time. I understand what you are feeling, and with the memories and faith, it will heal the pain that you are feeling. You will never get over a loss, but it helps to have family and friends. We love all of you.
God Bless!!

I am daughter of Marj & Selby Cooper of Barrie, Ontario; originally of Blaketown, Newfoundland. I would just like to send my sincere sympathy to the family of Edward. Here is a poem that I found that may bring you some comfort...
His Journey's Just Begun
Don't think of him as gone away-
his journey has just begun
life holds many facets
the Earth is only one
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away
And think of him as living
In the hearts of those he touched
For nothing loved is ever lost-
And Ed was loved so much.

I'm so sorry to hear about Ed passing away today. I've known Ed all my life. He was a good friend of the family, especially to my parents, Ted and Shirley Farnsworth. Thinking about him brings a smile to my face. What I remember about him was what a good person he was. How he would love to talk on the CB, his handle was Black Velvet, and he would chit chat with his two friends that were only a mile away the Nail driver and Turquoise Babe. He made my mother a beautiful copper bracelt at G.E. My mom and Ed would laugh at how it would make her wrist turn green. There were a lot of laughs and good times at the hotel. Those are the memories I cherish and hold dear of Ed in my heart. Irene, my thoughts and hugs are with you. Eddy, Terry and Cindy, my childhood friends, I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I can understand your grief. Tim and I will have your whole family in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless,
Love,
Tim, Tara, Schuyler and Colby Kaczor
