Grandma, I am going to miss you so much. I love you and I am sorry I never got to come visit you one last time before the hospital. I love you and I am so thankful for all the times I did get to spend with you. Niki, Frannie and I love you and will miss you very much. God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.

He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that she was suffering, he knew she was in pain.
And knew that she would never get well on earth again.
He saw her path was difficult, he closed her tired eyes,
He whispered to her "Peace be Thine" and gave her wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.

I've known Norine almost all my life. We grew up togeather. The Anthonys and Albertines, Couses were always visiting. I'm so glad I talked to her a few weeks ago on the phone. Made plans to visit, but didn't happen. I'm glad I told her that I loved her. We always ended our conversations with that. I'll really, really miss her.

You know how much I really loved your mom and what a great person she was, but at least she will be happy now with her true best friend and another great person, Paul. I wanted to share my condolences with you. I will always remember Aunt Noreen well in my heart. I remember our visits through my childhood and the cookouts and weddings over the years. Mike, Mark, Kenny, Ricky and Lori my thoughts are with you and your families at this most difficult time. When I was born I was told that my BIG cousins Norine and Jainie were at the farm to take care of the newest family member and that was the begining of a special relationship I had with your Mom. Aunt Norine will truly be missed. She seemed to always have a smile for you and she was so easy to be around. I loved her sense of humor and the way she could tease and make you laugh about any of the situations that life brought on. I have so many fond memories of her.

We were so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember growing up all the good times our families had together and how great Norine always was. When she came out to Utah and I took her and the other ladies to Vegas, we had so much fun and a big part of it was because of her and her sense of humor. I just loved the time I spent with her. I am also very thankful for the wonderful friendship she and my mom shared all these years. Lucille was never happier these last few years than she was when she was with Norine, talking to her or telling me about her last visit or phone call. What a great lady.

To the Gifford Family,
You all know what great friends Paul, Norine, Mary Alice Mom and Art dad were. What great times we all had growing up and spending time together. Way before seat belts, we'd fall asleep at your house while they danced and played cards! Dad would pile us in the back of the station wagon for the sleepy yet fun ride home having spent a day of food, swimming and laughter with all of you. Our parents laughed, cried and enjoyed life together for many years. Lets be thankful they had each other for so long. You have such great memories of her as well as I do. She was the sweetest, kindest and loving friend my parents could ever want. She was so good to mom as mom's health failed, and would sacrifice her time to live with mom so I could take dad away for a couple days. Hold on to all the memories for they will help you heal! I also wanted to add that I hope she never forgets me, and I hope she's watching over me .. she in my mind is my true gardian angel. she's my hero. in so many ways .. I'm so sad because I wasn't ready for any of this to happen, sometimes it's like why'd this happen to her, what has she done that god had to take her away from me right now? I wish I could just tell her nobody will ever take her place, ever.. in my heart, or in anybodys.. I get sad whenever I pass her old house, or where I used to live, only becuase there were so many memories ; good & bad .. and I just breakdown everytime. I just wanted to say that I love her again, and she'll always be my bestfriend.. so yet again, Rest In Peace Grandma, I love you so much It's crazy, and I miss you more and more every second.. She was my grandmother, she use to wait for me everyday after school, make me macaroni when I got home .. told me she wanted me to be healthy when she had cancer and I had a problem.. I still wanna believe this is all a dream, I can't believe she's gone... she won't see me graduate, or grow up ; but I love her, so much.. and she'll always be in my heart and my mind .. I could never forget her. she had such a big heart and she helped anybody she could.. I just wish I could turn back time or make a miracle happen so I could hear her voice one more time..
