thomas clarke was my dad and i loved him but i never got to tell him this. dad i love you with all my might and wish my last words to you could have been i love you but instead they were see you next year and i am very disappointed with these choice of words and i wish i could have of called and maybe prevented this from happening but i didnt and for some reason i feel as is this is my fault and i could have changed this out come by telling you what you ment to me. you were a great father and i will keep you in my heart and i hopfully will see you again befor time ends.

i just was googling my brother, who is also a Thomas Clarke jr. and i came across this page.....ironically my brother suddenly died at 42 on april 14, 2010 -- needless to say, my life has never been the same. the pain, never goes away. My brother and I were very close and to lose him so suddenly was a shock to the whole family. I keep asking myself why> and why would you leave in the middle of your song ? i will never give up searching....and i will not say goodbye.... i find some comfort in music and i always play Danny Gokey's "I will not say Goodbye" --- i just thought i send you my love and prayers and let you know you are not alone.....we try and survive this......but as you know, it's not easy.. please feel free to email me....

farthers day was hard ......i seen my dad less than wat i wanted to he was always a great man my sisters and cristy may have taken it the worst they spent every day with him i wish i could have of spent more time with him

Tom was the closet person i could ever relate to. He was my cousin. Everyday i always was around him and looked up to him. The things he done and the way he lived just inspired me to be more like him. He was always there for me when i needed someone when i was always alone. As i grew my life became more like how he was, because he was everythng to me. Before he was found missing Tom and I spent some time hanging out together doing things we loved to do. I came over, we payed video games, and then sat outside on his deck and drank a beer together. The whole time we were talking about the point of life and our feeling towards it. When i was told he passed, my inspiration and guidance was gone for ever. He taught me to be a fighter and that's what i am going to do. His love, inspiration, and guidance is never gone. It is and always will be inside my heart and soul. I will share this gift to others and try to give them guidance and love.

He was a great partner and an excellent aide. Although we were wing partners at Wells House for only a few months, I will miss him more than I care to admit. We were a great team. With the two of us working East wing, no one could do the job like us. Funny thing is, they usually didn't pair up guys as partners. We both found it strange that we ended up as a two man team in a predominately womens only line of work. How we would tease him lightly of course about his UPS brown uniform. He was the man who would "deliver" some of the best nursing care.
I would have liked to have had more time to get to know him better. He will be missed. My heart goes out to you and your family at this time of great sadness and loss.

I never knew Tom but worked with him years ago at APL. I remember one day we were all leaving early because of a terrible storm and my wiper came "undone", without having to ask he came right over and fixed it for me and said drive safe. Thanks Tom! Without even knowing me he offered his hand to me, it was a small gesture but I got home safely that night. God Bless.
