"The small vanilla man is here." That is what my sisters and I would call him, we did not know his name, but when our parents owned the Dairy Carnival, he would always stop in on his way to and sometimes home from work and order a small vanilla ice-cream cone, we'd always have it ready for him at the front window and he'd always have the exact change ready. He was one of the people we missed when my parents sold the restaurant a few years ago. We were all very sad to hear of his death. With deepest sympathy to the family.

I'm so sorry to hear about George. I worked with him in Guilderland at the Feed Mill. I was in the office. He was always willing to please and most always had a smile. I'm sure you will all miss him as will people who knew him. Our Prayers are with you all at this most untimely death of George. Sincerely, Lillian
