I only recently heard of Judy's passing. The world has lost someone very special. The last time I spoke with her I had just had my boy/girl twins and she gave me great advice and some funny stories to boot. She was a vivacious woman who always seemed to live lfe on her terms. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Judy and I first became friends in kindergarten, over half a century ago. Some friendships are timeless, and I know that this one is. Judy loved life with an intensity that brought an awareness of that state to others. Her inner beauty paralled the vehicle that carried it. Most of all, Judy's presence brought joy to those of us who know her and this joy continues to live. I am grateful for the gift of this friendship in my life.

To Judy's family,
Let me express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Judy was a classmate of mine at Lynch High School, but we didn't know each other well until a later class reunion when we discovered that her dad had been my father's best man at his wedding and best friend. It was a delightful talking to her that evening and I walked away feeling sad that I had been so shy in high school that it prevented me from getting to know such a delightful and loving person better. I know that she will be missed, but remember she lives on in each and everyone of you. Cherish that thought.
