Time and distance has created a seperation in our lives, but I will always remember our growing up years. So many fond memories and thoughts of generosity and love between our families.
As a beliver in the afterlife, I know our paths will cross again. Until then - I pray my parents and brother John will be there showing Jay the ropes so to speak.
My love to you all Aunt Helen, Keith, Faith and to your families.

Jay was a childhood friend, and my wingman on the football and basketball court. We had countless good times and laughs. He was a big man with a bigger heart. A few doughnuts in the school parking lot in the snow before a ride home, showing me the finer points in racing turns. A good man and friend. My sincere condolences to his family. He is now at peace with the best seat in the house.

To Jay's family,
Of course Jack and I are heartbroken about Jay's passing, and so sorry for your loss. A mutual friend of mine and Jay's emailed me a story of how he came to be friends with Jay and I'd like to send it to you. Could you please either let me know your email address or your home address so that I can mail it? I think it's important to know how Jay affected so many in a positive way. You can call the garage with the info. 355-5314. God Bless all of you.

Faye, Todd and the Dufel family, We were shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Jays passing. I knew from speaking to Jay this passed summer that he was struggling with his knee and his health. I had surgery recently so we could relate to the struggles associated with our recoveries. I spent a good part of the past few days remembering the really fun times we had in school, we truely made some great memories. I will truely miss Jay,I know you are at peace now and in the hands of the lord. We will keep Jay, his children, and his family in our prayers. Rest in peace Jay.
