Grandpa,
Sorry it has taken me a while to write. I just wanted to let you know that i miss you and i will always be thinking about you! I hope that you and Kris are up there keeping each other company and taking care of each other. I wish i could have came to see you when you were in the hospital, but i was in the hospital as well. I'm glad that you got to meet your great grandkids before you passed! Alyssa will have many memories of going out to eat for hot-dogs with you! She loves them just like you do. I love you!!

John and I were coworkers at the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. He was a great guy and I will always remember him as someone that would fight a Buzz-Saw if he had to. He will be truly missed.

I have been trying to reach John for the past week to see how he was doing. I am so sad for your loss and also the loss of my best friend. I am so thankful that John and I got a chance to spend some time together in August 2009 after not seeing each other for so many years. I only wish I could have been there for the funeral but in my heart John knew I was with him and his family. Please let me know where he is buried as I will be back in August 2010 to pay my respects to my friend. John and I shared a special friendship and he will surely be missed by me.
