Dear Margaret, Russell, Alan & Jeffery,
I'm glad I found your names on this web site. The paper listed no names & I had no idea where Don's family members were. It is very possible none of you may remember me.
When I was a little girl I would visit your family with my dad, Leon Brothers. My affectionate name for Mr. Brooks was "Mokey" and he has always been "Mokey" to me. I remember him always paying extra attention to me when I came with my dad. I remember him building your house starting with the cellar and you living there until he had the money to add on. I haven't seen you or him in a number of years but the fond childhood memories remain. I am not entitled to greave but I want you to know "Mokey" was my Dad's good friend and he has always been a very special person to me. He has found everlasting peace.
