I am so sorry to hear of Tullio's passing and before him, Mickey's passing. I remember many happy times at their home with my parents, Carmen and Esther Zannitto. Although we have been gone from NY for many years, our family and friends are always remembered. Both Tullio and Mickey are in my prayers. Sincerely, Linda Tedesco

Many years ago, when anticipating our final year in high school, we had a joyful summer sharing the job and money with the fire dept. parking cars on Park Street. The most memorable person was Tullio representing the Fire Dept and making this experience actual fun. We all loved him dearly. Ellen Stearns Gillen

To Tullio's Family and members of the Fonda Fire Department, I am so sorry for your loss. Tullio had a wonderful, loving, friendly, cheerful and funny personality - he will surely be missed. I enjoyed the opportunity to chuckle with him on occasion while I was a Firefighter/EMT with the Town of Mohawk FD. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To Kathy, "Peachy" and family:
my family and I will always remember the wonderful times we had "up there", visiting with all the relatives, most of all my godparents, Uncle Tullio and Aunt Mickey. We will always treasure them and all of you, our family. Little Ang.

I served many years with Tullio on the Fonda Fire Department. I can remember his dedication to trying to get things working right. One day he was working on the garage door opener and somehow set off the siren. Joe Sandford and I ran toward the fire house with Tullio waving us off. We returned to our work only to have the siren go off again and both Joe and I started our run to the fire house again. It was again a false alarm. About 25 minutes later the alarm went off and Joe and I met at the drug store and started to walk to the fire house, with Tullio out front waving to get down there. The alarm was for real. Boy did Joe and I tease him for a long time. What a friend he was and how happy I was to know him. Jack Millard
