There are no words that can change the way you feel right now. All of you have to believe that your mother/friend would not want to return if given the chance. She is at rest and asleep and you have to be thankful that her suffering has ceased. I know that your hearts are heavy but, there is always a rock that you can lean on-Jesus.

For those of you that don't know me, Maryellen and I have been friends for over 30 years. I've met Doris a few times over the years and I know ya'll will miss her. She even gave me a nickname, "Miss Prissy". Mary, Jenann, Teri yes you and Connie, I love all of you. My heart goes out to the family. I know what you are going through. I lost my mom in '05 and my dad in '07. I plan to come up with Mary when everyone gets together again. I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of the family. I'll keep ya'll in my prayers and if you girls need anything, let me know.

Girl's I really don't know what to say other than I do feel your pain "ma" was special to me and she and all of you let me into your world a second family for me "YANKEES" I can't thank you enough for that.

Wilma,
I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for my grandmother throughout the years. Especially the last 6 yrs. I know it must have been rough for you. I also wanted to say that the last conversation we had really meant alot to me. You took the time to talk to me on the phone and get to know me as an adult.
