Sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I will always remember our great times in Sunday School at St John's. It seems like yesterday we sat together in the undercroft. I bet she and my mom, Myrtle, will have a good chat up there in heaven! Wishing you wonderful memories to comfort you.

If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven
And bring you home again.
Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow,
May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
The sorrow of the faithful
is not that of permanent loss,
but the tender sense of sadness
that comes in saying good-bye for now
to someone we love.
May today's sorrow give way
to the peace and
comfort of God's love.
It will be the little things
that you will remember,
the quiet moments,
the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem
hard right now,
it will be the memories
of these little things
that help to push
away the pain
and bring the smiles
back again...
My thoughts and prayers with the family of Katherine Werner...She is now a beautiful angel which will watch over you all.
