I was very saddened to learn of your Mom's death. I worked with her @ Nathan Littauer Hospital for many yrs.....She of course as a Nurses Aide & I a Ward Clerk. We had great & fun times always was a joy to know & be around...May she now rest in peace! With deepest sympathy during this difficult time.

I spoke with Joyce many times while in Alabama, on the phone. I enjoyed her company very much and she will be missed. Joyce and I and my wife glady have been friends with Joyce and Ron and family for years. I am so greatful she came to visit me at my daughters home in Delanson, recently. My son James Anderson picked her up and brought her to visit. She kept mentioning how nice her ride was and the country views on her way to see me. She says she remembered Mary my youngest from when Gladys was alive. We had a wonderful time visiting with each other. I don't travel well and I am glad I could at least send this condolence. Please email me I would like to send a gift to her family.

My Aunt was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of so many with her sweetness and grace. A spirit so humble and gentle,whose life was often filled with struggles, sorrows and heartache. Yet, she persevered. She never complained nor told what hurt, and yet these times instilled in her a unique sense of humor, that would keep us laughing throughout the worst of times. She was the epitome of femininity.Her smile made us feel like everything was all right. Her love for life, her husband, children, grandchildren and the love for her cats. I smile and remember your love for us and your friends.
