Andrea and family,I am so sorry for you loss. I just found out about Don today and it brings a tear to my eye....we had some great times at Farm and Family and indeed it was more than just a work place...it WAS family. I could go on with "Remember the time...." forever but he knows and is probably laughing. I still to this day talk about it often..
Love, thoughts and prayers.

Andrea and family,
So many wonderful years have filled your lives and hold great memories. I remember Donny the most as a little boy. Babysitting for him, and his siblings on State St. in Hudson. Going to his grandma & grandpa's house on Railroad Ave. and having wonderful visits. Going to Aunt Minnie's farm in Catskill, playing in the hay loaf we weren't suppose to be in. Going to Christmas parties at CH Evans Fire Company and watching his eyes light up when Santa would come in the room with presents. Going to family reunions at the creek in Catskill. Watching him become more interested in becoming a fireman. And when he became a young man, watching him light up at the name Andrea. I will always cherish the memories I have and just know your hearts must smile when you remember all the memories you have. Our thoughts and prayers will remain with all of you. Much love, Kathy & John

"Little Donny" will be missed by many, but none will know or experience what you the family are feeling. Let grieving take it's course with/for each of you at whatever pace it comes. It is inevitable & part of the circle of life. Know that there are others that are here to support you whenever & however you need.

Donny, remember the time we spent all our money on scratchoffs that day and it came down to the last ticket and we hit the big $100!! even though we almost spent that much on the tickets i think we broke even but we didnt care we were jumping up and down so happy. So many good memories to keep of the times we had. You were a good man and a wonderful father. I will miss you brother. Im glad your not in pain anymore. Love you. P.S. The Sabres won yesterday so they still got a shot but you know Buffalo!!! They might need a little help

To Don's family-
I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but just reinforcing what a great guy Don was. He was my boss at Farm & Family when I was a teenager. I always admired him as he knew how to lead. He was a no-nonsense type of guy on the job. He knew how to take charge and get things done, and he did. Even outside of work, he was always a true gentleman. My prayers are with you all.
