Billy,
I never had the chance to thank you for your unwavering friendship to my father & being a wonderful Godfather to my sister. These two relationships blessed me with knowing you, Joyce & your girls. As a child to the time of your passing, your visits were always eagerly awaited, & cherished. I will never forget your easy smile, or the little things you would bring for Andrea & me. I found one of those gifts at mom’s the day of your wake. Although we couldn’t recall which one of us it belonged to, as you had given one to each of us. We wound up that nicked china clown & it played ‘Send in the Clowns’. I know you’re in a good place & someday we’ll come visit you. Love you ‘Goober’.

Our little community is missing a big piece with Bill passing on. He always had a quick smile and a kind word and will be missed greatly. The last time I saw him was at Karen's having a burger and I never would have guessed that would be the last time. May everything good in him live on through his girls and may he be at peace in Heaven with no pain and no tears. Love & prayers....

To the family of Bill,I would like to offer my sympathy. I was a High School classmate of his and had similar tastes such as both being linemen, liking motorcycles and having good times. Whenever I met Bill, he and I would always talk about our good times together. I will always remember our times at the old Top Noch Tavern in Galway. That is how will always remember Bill.

Dear Joyce, Sally,Billie,and Bobbie,
We first met Bill over 30 years ago when we first moved to the Town of Florida. I could tell that he was a kind hearted gentleman right from the start. I was always pleased that our girls were good friends with the Shull girls while growing up. We were young parents at the time and it was good knowing folks like Bill and Joyce who were more experienced. We thank the Lord for Bill as he was a gift to all who knew him. God Bless you all.
Always,
Joe & Luciile Inglese

My first memory of Bill is when he joined the girls who were watching the babies and younger kids in the Sunday school rooms during the services at Minaville Dutch Reformed Church. If course I was one of the girls who politely avoided sitting through the service by volunteering. He and sometimes the McClumpha twins would appear. That was a L O N G time ago.
My sincerest sympathy is extended to all who mourn his passing.
