I do not know you or your special son. From what I read in the newspaper Nickolaus left everyone he met with an extra gift of being able to feel outside themselves with his love and strength that he radiated..
You gave him 4 years of unconditional love and I know he left you all so much more.
His job here on earth is done. He made us all a better person because of him. Even me, I never wrote a letter like this before, but reading about his spirit, affected me.
Nick, will be remembered forever. God bless him.

Nicholaus was a special little boy who was full of strength, life and smiles. I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to have Nicholaus in my life and I'm a better person for doing so. Shawnee - I remember the first time I held Nickolaus. You brought him to work and what a precious, beautiful boy he was. You were such a devoted, loving mom to him. Shawnee, I loved talking to you in these past few months. Hearing you talk about your son was so moving. He is a wonderful boy and your words made me feel so happy that he has you for a mother.
