Our sincerest condolences to Iris’s family. She was one of the sweetest people we have ever known. She was our first visitor from home after we moved to Hawaii. She was traveling with her sisters and had a short stop here before going on a cruise. We were so happy to see her. We will be keeping all of you in our prayers.

Heaven gained one the very best yesterday. Mom was the Matriarch of the family, a devoted wife, a caring, loving Mother/Mama, a “Warrior”, and a heck of a cook! To be part of Iris’s family for over 25 years has been a true blessing. She taught me how to make so many great Spanish foods, including
Empañadas, Chicken n Rice and Gallo Pinto!(rice & black beans). More importantly she showed us the meaning of love, laughter, family, strength,& resilience
