To all who knew her,
Unfortunately, I did not know my Mother-in-Law well. However, I enjoyed the times we did get to spend together. Our visits in New York and California were fun and I'm so happy she had the chance to meet her granddaughters.
I'm touched by the strength Ms. Mary Pat showed in overcoming her childhood illness, educating herself and raising 4 children. I'm sure they were a handful! Even though I didn't know her well, it's heartwarming to know that her children had the opportunity to speak with her before her passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and yours during this time of loss.
I've added a poem which I hope gives some peace. I don't know the author but it's a lovely sentiment.
