To the family of Tom Jenks, the Mazza family wishes to extend our deepest condolences for the untimely death of Tom. It is difficult to understand the loss of anyone but in Tom’s case it is more complicated because not only was he a father, husband, son and family member, he was also so young. Tom was a former ball player of mine and I remember how hard he worked to be a good catcher. I give credit to Lee, his deceased father, for working with Tom in Little League. Lee was a good man and his son followed in his footsteps. Too many memories to go into here, but nonetheless, they are good memories. I brought my family up in Canajoharie because of the people who lived here and the Jenks family serves my memory well as an upstanding family who contributed to the community, for example, the Canajoharie Volunteer Fire Department. May the pain in loosing Tom be gradually replaced by the blessings that Tom provided to you all. I am deeply saddened by Tom’s passing. God bless you all.
