Phoebe was a wonderful neighbor to us. She was a kind, patient and sweet woman who was always willing to help out in any situation. We will truly miss her. God rest her soul and bring peace and comfort to her family.

Alex, John, and Sharon,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing pf Phoebe. She was such a wonderful wife and Mom. To me, the was a great teacher. My Mom always thought highly of Phoebe, and valued her friendship.
