To the Macdougall family ... I am deeply saddened to hear, especially this late, of Charlie's sudden passing. Of the short moments of our aquaintaince was definitely a memory! We, my friend Whitney, I and Charlie all danced up a storm to the Greatful Dead Band. Taking over the floor at The Lake Placid Ski Mountain Lodge on St Patricks Day Eve 2019. And later we all spent a lovely dinner gathering at the Lake Placid 'Cottage'. He helped make Whitney and my day extra special! May Charlie rest in peace in Gods hands and in the Adirondacks that he adores.

So sorry to see this. My Dad, Leo Boland, worked with Charlie’s dad, Ted. My Dad always liked his family, as did we, and I remember hearing about Ted and Linda’s boys. And I remember our boats meeting out on Sacandaga one day. It’s been years but your family is remembered fondly and my mom’s and my hearts are thinking of you all.

Charlie was incredibly special person. His light will be missed by everyone that had the chance to be around him. His heart, his strength, his joy of living will never be forgotten. He brought so many great things to my life in the 2 years i have known him. I am so sorry for your great loss.

I"m so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He worked for us at Gore Mountain 2 years ago as a Ski Instructor. I would also see him on occasion while Mountain Biking.

My fellow Irishman, I was so very sorry to see this. We had many good laughs throughout the years and I will always remember the caring, funny and somewhat sarcastic wonderful person you were.
