Dan,
The effect that someone has on our lives is truly felt only in their absence. The pain that fills the space that they recently occupied is in proportion to the love that they brought to our lives. We never stop missing those who have meant so much to us. They live on through us, in how we see the world, in how we treat each other.
In the end, there are some wounds that time was never meant to heal.
I never met your Mother, but have seen her loving kindness shining through you. I can only imagine that she was a wonderful, loving woman.
No words can provide comfort at such a time as this, but a friend can sit with you and shed a tear.

I am truly saddened by the news of Kim passing away. My deepest sympathy to her family her siblings her very close friends, I know Kim will be greatly missed she always put a smile on my face through Facebook she always had me laughing and I know others as well.
