Mary Ann Hopkins is someone I will always remember fondly. I knew her in her capacity as a Nursing Supervisor at St. Mary’s Healthcare. I recently saw a quote which, to me, describes Mary Ann: “Leadership is not about being the best. Leadership is about making everyone else better.” This was Mary Ann: even when I made a mistake, no matter how big or small, she always addressed me with dignity and respect while firmly and proactively suggesting a remedy. I am glad to have known her. I offer my condolences to her family and friends.

I was saddened to hear of Mary Ann's passing. My condolences to the Hopkin's family.
Whenever Mary Ann was on duty in the hospital, I felt at ease. She shared her knowledge, wisdom and caring to the people in her care, and the staff who cared for them under her supervision. Those of us lucky enough to work with her knew what it was to be Nurse.

I am so sorry to hear of MaryAnns’ passing. I worked with her at St Marys’ She was beautiful inside and out and so fair. She was so kind hearted and genuinely cared about everyone. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Heaven has gained a truly amazing angel!
