As a lifelong friend of the family, I was saddened to hear of Norm's sudden passing. I remember him as being a gentle soul with a quick wit and an upbeat personality. As anyone who knew him can attest, he brought a positive energy to any gathering -- and that's a rare quality! My sincere condolences to Barbara, Barry, Suzy, George, and their spouses and children. Dear, Barbara, Suzanne, Barry, George and all of your families. I know he will be missed greatly by you all. Just remember all the good times and they will get you through your grief. There are so many fond memories that come to mind and his humor every time we had the good fortune to attend the family gatherings. I remember especially Lake Sacandaga and all his stories and the one about being marooned on an island and asking a beautiful lady to hold the dog.

Dear Barbara and family, I’m so sorry to read the passing of Norm. He was one gentleman that I would always love to see coming my way. Norm was so easygoing and upbeat that he brightened up the day whenever he was around. He and Barbara were a great couple who brought fun and intelligence to all conversations. I was most impressed that while in his retirement he would go down to Albany to help young beginning business people.starting out. What a giver! Our deepest condolences to Barbara and family as we say goodbye to another veteran of the greatest generation , Matt and Jeanmarie
