Tim was a best friend from kindergarten through high school, and I have so many good memories of both him and his parents. I have not seen him since our mutual weddings 30+ years ago but have thought of him and Lisa often. Our condolences and thoughts are with all the Halls and he will be long remembered as a good friend and good person.

My deepest and sincere condolescence to Tim's family for the lost.
I knew Tim for years as my son Julio and Steve swam and competed. Our kids were teammates in Zone swim competitions. Steve was a great kid, and my son tells me he is a great human being.
Tim and my family sat together at meets and screamed together to encourage our kids. You could not meet anyone more committed to a son.
I celebrate Tim's live and pray to God for his eternal rest, and for comfort for his family at this difficult juncture.
