Thoughts and prayers to the entire Rossi and extended families. Reflecting back over the past 35+ years, we can recall a litany of "Chief George", "Papa Rock" memories with the family at the Perth Fire Co.
All of these reflections included a smile, positive, upbeat greeting - always asking how you are doing, and how is the family –no matter how his day was. Being there to lean on, ask a question and share his views on a related topic.
Glad to have the opportunity to serve under Chief George as I moved up the ranks in the fire company – to one day following in his footsteps as Chief of the Department. "You made me proud"
