Obituary of Diane Dambrosi

Diane Dambrosi, 74, of Amsterdam, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born on April 16, 1942 in Gloversville, she was a daughter of the late William Harold Tooker and Carrie Lillian Pryne. A lifelong resident of the area, Diane attended local schools. On November 28, 1971 Diane married Joseph Dambrosi, a union that lasted 40 years until his passing in 2013. She and her husband where former members of St. Michael's the Archangel Church. Diane was a homemaker who was able to be at home and raise her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her loving family, son, James Loux (Tammy) of Gloversville; daughters, Colleen Loux-Braender (Karl) of Amsterdam and Joanna Dambrosi-Parsons (Tim) of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Karl, Danielle, Kris, Brittani, Alicia, Beth and Jenny; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Ayla.
