Ruth has been my mother-in-law for almost 40 years, but it was her time to move on. She has missed her family that passed ahead of her and will now be happily reunited with them. We will always have so many memories of family times together. One of my favorite was when I had knee surgery and she wasn't feeling well. We were talking on the phone one night and she was having a down day. I promised her that things would be better and we would be dancing in the street in no time. She didn't let me forget that and reminded me after one of our Holiday gatherings. Technically my driveway is the end of a Street, so we danced there with no music, but it counted to her. My request to her would be to give Harry, Dick, and Mike a big hug from me. She will be missed.
