Obituary of Frederick J. Tallon

Mr.Frederick J. Tallon, age 47 , of 155 E. State Street, Gloversville NY, died Saturday at Nathan Littauer Hospital. Mr. Tallon was born January 29, 1958 in Gloversville, NY, the son of John and Joan Robbins Tallon. He once owned a construction company and built homes, and was employed for the last 12 years by St. Thomas Inc as a maintenance worker. Mr. Tallon was a 1976 graduate of Gloversville High School, and was a member of Gloversville Moose Lodge #351. He will be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing, and will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Tallon is survived by his wife Deborah Van Heusen Tallon, daughters Jamie Tallon and Jennifer Tallon, and step-daughter Shana Flint, all of Gloversville. His father, John E. Tallon, brother Shawn Tallon of Gloversville and sister Lynn Miller of Mayfield also survive. Mr. Tallon also leaves behind six grandchildren, Bailey and Brennon Flint, Logan Tallon, Trenton Hime, and Calib and Chauncey Warner Jr., as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceeded in death by his mother. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM Wednesday, March 2 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St., Gloversville. Funeral Services will be held at 6 PM with the Rev. Ellen Neufeld officiating. Cremation will take place at Park View Crematorium, Schenectady.
