Obituary of Kelly Brindle
Mrs. Kelly Brindle, age 46, of 86 W. State Street, Gloversville NY, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at Nathan Littauer Hospital Nursing Home.
She was born October 19, 1958 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the daughter of Michael and Norma Jean King Maloney. She has lived in Gloversville since 1988 and worked in direct care for the Lexington Center. She will be fondly remembered for her love of gardening and impressive cooking capabilities. She was well-known for her generosity in helping others, especially the ill, homebound, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Richard Brindle, son James Shand, and daughter Emily Brindle, all of Gloversville. She also leaves behind her brothers Michael Maloney of Portland, Oregon and Patrick Maloney of Henderson, Nevada, her foster sister Dennie Fitzpatrick of Lakewood, Colorado, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 PM Sunday at the First Free Methodist Church, Phelps Street, Gloversville, where a memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Alan C. Witter officiating. Cremation will take place at Park View Crematorium, Schenectady. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
