Obituary of Madeline G. Flint

Mrs. Madeline G. Smith Flint, age 78, of Gloversville died Friday, April 1, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam, following a long battle with cancer. She was born February 7, 1927 in Mount Kisco, NY, the daughter of Albert and Grace Smith. She was employed by the Fulton County Infirmary as a Certified Nursing Aide for many years. Madeline is survived by her daughter, Raylene H. Flint and her companion Burton Wilson of Gloversville; her brother, Leo Smith and his wife Jane of California; six grandchildren, Michael Maloney, Chiara Maloney, Robert Bayless, Raymond Bayless, Stephanie Wilson and Jamie Wilson; three great grandchildren, Ricky Maloney, Sadienna Bayless and Jacqueline Bayless. She was prdeceased by her husband Raymond Flint; daughter Richiline Pettit; brothers Harold Smith and Albert Smith Jr; sister Ethel Smith; and grandson Shaun Maloney. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Monday at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St., Gloversville; where a Legacy Candle Ceremony and Memorial Service will follow 2:00 PM.
