I never had the pleasure of meeting Dorthea, but she still showed me her kindness. I contacted her several years ago in doing my genealogical research, as a distant relative by way of my Great Grandmother Martha Cooper who married George Andrews Hill and moved to Washington, DC. She shared her knowledge with me and we have exchanged Christmas cards for several years. I am sorry to hear about the loss of her and Roy!

We will miss our loveable little neighbor, but at least we can take comfort knowing she is back where she belongs, with her best friend. Our thoughts and prayers to Joel and all her family. Scott & April.

Dear Joel, Candi & all of Dorothea's family....Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Your Mom & Grandmother was a remarkable woman who left an impression on everyone she met. I will always remember her and her beloved Roy & our times at Cinema 4. Now they are together again. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely, Angela Biviano Neuls
