Obituary of John Charles Mazur

John ?Jay? Charles Mazur, 38, of Putnam St., Rotterdam Jct. passed away Sunday May 8, 2005 at home after a long illness. Born in Amsterdam on February 27, 1967 a son of Thomas A. and Charleen A. Novak Mazur. He was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. He was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Mr. Mazur is survived by his parents- Thomas A. and Charleen A. Mazur of Rotterdam Jct., NY One Brother- Guy Mazur of Rotterdam Jct., NY One Sister- Bonnie Mazur of Rotterdam Jct., NY Paternal Grandmother- Virginia Mazur of Amsterdam, NY Aunts, Uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral Services will be held at the Graveside on Friday May 13th, 2005 at the West Galway Cemetery with Chaplain Jack Arnold presiding. There are no calling hours. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County S.P.C.A., Stevers Mills Rd., Broadalbin, NY 12025.
