Rose Family, I grew up in Fultonville and I remember as I'm sure MANY others do seeing Gunny going down the street on his bike. I work at Roosevelt's now and he will be missed there as well. With my family, we will keep you all in our prayers and our deepest sympathy to all. He will be greatly missed.

Gunnie meant a lot to me as we often worked together when he worked for my father. He taught me many things and was just a nice guy to be with. I think of him every time I do any painting or digging. My prayers of comfort are offered to the whole family.

Dear Pop,
You were always so kind and patient with Chelsi and Ethan when Mark and I brought them into Grampa's Barn and always sent them on their way with something they found they wanted and you would never let us pay for it. I asked Chelsi and Ethan about that and they do remember those times. Thanks for always being so kind to us. You will be remembered fondly.
