I will really miss my Ida May, she was the sweetest woman I've ever met and as a nurse, she was an excellent resident. The weekends just won't be the same anymore without both you and your mother's jokes, and I'm glad that my daughter got the chance to meet her that one Saturday. When I told Mercedees she was sad and will miss her too. Please take care and keep in touch.

Dear Sue and Jon,
You have our most sincere sympathy. It is said that memories make it easier to cope with times of loss. I have such wonderful memories of your family. One that stands out is of a cookout in your back yard on the farm. The wonderful nature and welcoming grace of your mother, your father's laugh, the soft tone of your aunt's voice. To this day I remember feeling welcomed and at home whenever we visited your family. For me they are truly good memories.

Dear Sue,
My sympathy goes out to you. Even though I didn't know your mom very well she was a dear lady. I know Zoe brought some brightness to her. At first she wasn't sure of her but she was the only one when I didn't bring her for a while that missed her. I feel bad that we hadn't visited her in the last few weeks. Thank you for your kindness to my mom the times I wasn't there. Knowing both of you in my life will never be forgotten. You all are in my prays.

Dear Sue and Jon:
I have just heard of your Mom's passing and I want to send you our sincerest condolences. I have such wonderful memories of your Mom. I always remember what a beautiful smile she had and such a good sense of humor. She never seemed ruffled when Mom, Al and I would just drop in to visit you at the farm on our way back from a day of visiting in St Johnsville. I know it was always the highlight of a long day for us. Your Mom was my Mom's best friend and I know that they are both up in Heaven now having a good chat about times gone by. All my love to you and your families. I wish I could be there for you.
Love
Charlotte, Bob, Melissa and Bobby

I would like to pass along my condolences, as well as those of my family. My mom, Edith Walroth, was Ida's roommate at Van Allen Nursing Home. Ida was a lovely lady.
