Obituary of Stanley Warren Quackenbush

Stanley Warren Quackenbush, 60, of McClister Rd, Morristown, Tennessee formerly of the Fonda-Fultonville area passed away Tuesday November 15, 2005 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Born in Gloversville, New York on May 15, 1945 he was a son of Raymond D. and Cymbleen Nestle Quackenbush. He was a lifelong Amsterdam and Fonda-Fultonville area resident. He was a 1963 graduate of Broadalbin High School He worked as a Warehouse Operator for the General Foods Co. then later Graphic Packaging that became ACX Tech Inc. for over 33 1/2 years. Mr. Quackenbush moved to Morristown, Tennessee in 2000. He married Bonny Dow Quackenbush on June 3, 1972. In addition to his wife survivor?s include two sons, John Robert Quackenbush and his wife Chrissie of Fultonville, New York and William Richard Quackenbush and his wife Aimee of Tennessee; one daughter, Lorraine Cynthia Allen of Colorado Springs, Colorado; one brother, Brian Quackenbush of Morristown, Tennessee; one sister, Janice Wetterau of Morristown, Tennessee and three grandchildren, Ashley & Shane Allen and Daniel Quackenbush. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 19, 2005 at 11:00A.M.at the Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, 15 Main St. Fultonville, New York with Chaplain Jack Arnold presiding. Interment is in Maple Ave. Cemetery, Fultonville. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 3-6 P.M. at the funeral home.
