I would like to express my sympathies and support for the entire family. I know you are feeling a great sense of loss. It is obvious that Ron was an exceptionally loving and generous parent and husband, who cared for and loved his children far beyond their adolescent years right up to the time of his passing. Words cannot express my admiration for Carolyn, who was literally by Ron's side, never losing hope that he would someday win the battle and return home. Dear Carolyn & Family - It seems our families have been intertwined forever and I don't remember a time when Ronnie & Carolyn were not around. I will always remember hearing Ronnie & my Dad sharing stories of the great hunts, telling fish tales of the one that got away and their infectious, booming laughter that filled the room whenever they were together. Even during my fathers times of trouble & illness Ronnie was truly a best friend to him. For his laughter, sincerity and friendship to my father & family I feel we are blessed to have had him in our lives. My deepest sympathy.
