Obituary of Jennifer & Petra Lewis

Mrs. Jennifer Lewis, 30, and her baby girl, Petra of Bunn Street, Amsterdam died Thursday afternoon. Born on June 10, 1975 in Uganda she was the daughter of Priscilla Among. She attended local schools in Uganda, before moving to the United States three years ago. Jennifer will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and as a friend to those who knew her. Her loving family includes, her husband Hector Lewis, one son Phillip at Home, her mother Priscilla Among of Uganda, several sisters and a brother; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 11a.m. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam. A calling hour will precede the funeral from 10am to 11am. Interment will take place in Fairview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jennifer Lewis Memorial Fund c/o First Niagara Bank care of the funeral home
