Obituary of Shirley D. Woodbeck

Shirley D. Woodbeck age 90 yrs. of Amsterdam passed away March 25, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born August 18, 1927 in Amsterdam, NY and is the daughter of the late Leland and Dora Herrick. She is survived by her children Wayne (Michele) Woodbeck of North Carolina, Barry (Donna) Myers of Delanson, Laura (Ron) Bailey of Amsterdam, Terri (Roger) Teale of Burlington Flats, and Kevin (Caroline) Myers of Sprakers. She is also survived by a daughter in law Penny from Kingston NY, and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Besides her parents Shirley is predeceased by two sons Frank Hayes, and Brian Teale. During her lifetime Shirley enjoyed taking care of her loving family, she also enjoyed riding horses. She was an avid Yankees fan and loved watching Football, and Nascar. Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010 on Wednesday March 28, 2018 from 10 am to 12 noon. With a funeral service here at the funeral home at 12 noon, and a spring burial in the family plot of the Pine Grove Cemetery will take place at a later date.
